You can find in points-justice free, confidential and open legal aid on the various topics that concern you: family, housing, work, consumption... Legal and justice professionals bring you their expertise: lawyers, lawyers, conciliators of justice, notaries, bailiffs, representatives of the Defender of Rights, delegates of the Public Prosecutor, associations of assistance to victims... These specialists can meet specific local needs. For example, you will find legal services for lawyers specializing in foreigner law or family law in areas where the need for support on these topics has increased.

The spaces France Services welcome you to carry out, alone or accompanied by an agent trained in digital interfaces, a large number of administrative formalities (declare his income, manage his levy at source, declare his situation with Pôle emploi carte grise or his resources at the Caf, renew his identity papers or his slowly...) In legal matters, you will find general information and you can be helped in the following areas:

• be oriented towards a point of justice;
• learn how to use the justice.fr website and its main features;
• obtain contact details of local legal professionals (lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, etc.);
• applying for an extract from the criminal record;
• be directed to victim support associations, and/or the Victims Support Office (VBA);
• Obtain an overview of the 116,006 Victim Support Hotline;
• be directed to the Single Service of Reception of the Citizen (SAUJ) of the Judicial Tribunal;
• refer the matter to the delegate of the Defender of Rights.
