Employers: use the unique Pôle emploi attestation as of June 1st!

Until now, the old certification templates submitted by employers were still tolerated by Pôle emploi. This will no longer be the case from 1^er June 2021.

Employers will have to send the certificate by dematerialized means using a single template and containing all the information necessary to calculate the entitlements of their former employees. This template is available on:

• their payroll software if they fall within the scope of the Nominative Social Declaration (NSN);
• their employer space on pole-emploi.fr accessible from this online service (if they are not within the scope of the DSN).

Only employers with fewer than 11 employees who are not covered by the NSD can choose to submit their attestations in paper form. To receive a valid paper version, please contact Pôle emploi at 3995.

In parallel, the employer must give the employee a signed version of this certificate, allowing him to assert his rights to unemployment benefits. It is possible to print a version of the certificate at the end of its declaration made online.
