Visale guarantee: now accessible to all employees earning up to 1,500 € net per month

Visal is a free guarantee to cover unpaid rents (up to 36 months) and rental degradations (up to two months' rent). For tenants housed in collective structures, Visal covers 9 months of unpaid payments.

Furnished or unfurnished accommodation must:

• be a principal residence;
• have a rent (including expenses) of €1,500 maximum in Ile de France or €1,300 maximum in the rest of the territory;
• be decent and comply with the Departmental Health Regulations (RSD);
• be the subject of a lease (lease).

In order to benefit from this guarantee, the tenant must create his personal space on the site Visale.fr and make a request there before any lease is signed. If it fulfills the necessary conditions, Housing Action delivers him a

endorsement

to be given to the lessor who must in turn create a personal space on this same website and make his application for a bond.

In case of unpaid rent, it's Housing Action who pays the lessor, and the lessee must then repay all the amounts paid. If the tenant does not meet the schedule of his refunds, Housing Action may seek the termination of his lease in court.
