Digital Covid certificate (paper version)

You tested positive on Covid-19 but did not get QR code? Until now, RT-PCR or positive antigenic certificates attesting to the recovery of the Covid were kept on SI-DEP for a maximum period of 3 months from the time of collection. Since 9 August, this period has been extended to 6 months to allow positive persons before the end of April to recover their certificate and present the health pass.

The certificate of reinstatement is one of the pieces of evidence giving access to the health pass. It consists of a positive RT-PCR or antigenic test of at least 11 days and less than 6 months. It allows to indicate a limited risk of reinfection to Covid-19. The process to recover his positive test evidence is the same as for negative tests via the SI-DEP platform .

To retrieve a certificate of recovery, persons who have tested positive between March 10 and May 10, 2021, must request the laboratory where the test was performed so that the laboratory can enter the file in SI-DEP to generate a valid QR code as part of the pass.

For tests conducted since May 10, 2021, the QR code document will be kept for 6 months in SI-DEP without any action required by the persons screened or the laboratory.
