This page presents the level of accessibility found on the various online services of the Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr website

The Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA) pays particular attention to the quality of realization of its websites.

For several years now, it has been engaged in an effort to comply with the RGAA (General Accessibility Framework for Administrations) and to make its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

In order to achieve the best possible result, accessibility is taken into account natively in projects by the teams involved in site development. The teams trained in accessibility are also accompanied by third-party experts, notably for auditing, arbitrations and verification of corrections throughout the design and development phases.

This Accessibility Statement is applicable to the "Classified Installation Declaration for Environmental Protection (CEIP)" online service, which is one of the 250 most used online approaches and was completed on November 2, 2021.

Compliance Status

The online service of " Declaration of classified installation for the protection of the environment (DICPE) '''' is partially compliant with the general accessibility improvement repository, RGAA version 4.1, due to the non-conformances listed in the “Test Results” section.

Test Results

The compliance audit carried out by the Interdepartmental Digital Directorate (DINUM) on November 2, 2021, reveals that 75% of the 106 criteria tested are met.
