Drug use: €200 fine from 1 September

After a first deployment, since June 16, 2020, in the cities of Rennes, Reims, Créteil, Lille and Marseille, the fixed fine of €200 for use of narcotic is generalized to the whole territory from 1^er September 2020.

This provision shall apply within the framework of the justice reform which had intended to extend the flat-rate fine to cover the offenses of selling alcohol to minors and using drugs.
