Cap on bank charges

From 1^er November 2020, bank charges will be capped from 5 irregularities or incidents in the same month. Fragile customers will benefit from the €25 per month for a fixed period of 3 months.

Supplementary pensions

Due to the health crisis, the level of supplementary pensions Agirc and Arco is maintained. The amount will be the same as in 2019.

Reclassified compensation for hours spent on-call by interns

The compensation for on-call and standby time of interns and staff acting as hospital interns shall be increased as from 1^er November 2020. The amounts are specified in an order published in Official Journal October 31, 2020, which also recognizes the half-guard. Details with Service-Public.fr.

Calculation of the SSA and Activity Premium for Social Caregivers

As of November 6, 2020, certain income of family caregivers or persons with disabilities is no longer included in the calculation of Active Solidarity Income (ASI) and Activity Premium. This provision makes it possible to extend the beneficiaries of the SSA and the activity premium and to increase the amounts of this aid for those who already receive it.

Gas Tariff

Engie's regulated gas sales rates increase by 1.6% on average at 1^er november 2020 compared to the scale applicable since 1^er October 2020. This was stated by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) in a deliberation of 22 October 2020.

Winter truce

Except exceptions, no rental evictions can take place during the so-called winter truce period (of 1^er November 2020 to March 31, 2021).

Tobacco: increase in prices
