RSA, ASS, AER: exceptional year-end support

Exceptional help from €152.45 is allocated (except where it is already paid under the SSA) to beneficiaries for the month of November 2021, or in the absence of December 2021, the following allocations:

• ASS;
• lump-sum recovery premium;
• AER;
• RSA, under certain conditions:
  
  • the amount due in respect of those periods shall not be nil;
  • only one aid is payable per household;
  • the amount of the aid shall be €152.45 for a single person, with a surcharge of 50% where the household consists of 2 persons and 30% for each additional person present in the household, provided that such persons are the spouse, partner bound by a civil solidarity pact or common-law partner of the person concerned or are dependent on him or her;
  • where the home has more than two children or dependants under the age of 25, with the exception of the spouse, partner bound by a civil solidarity pact or cohabiting partner of the person concerned, the increase to which each of the children or each of the persons is entitled shall be increased to 40% from 3^e child or 3^e no one.
