In anticipation of the 5e during the period of the energy savings certificates, several adjustments have been planned to end the
deals at 1€
, while temporarily maintaining a
boost
for the insulation of the attic. An order published on April 16, 2021 Official Journal amend the implementing rules for the energy saving scheme. It also specifies the obligations base of the scheme for liquefied petroleum gas and domestic fuel oil. The detail with Service-Public.fr.
To prevent the shortage of raw materials from penalizing some households, a press release specifies that the deadline for completing the insulation or replacement of boilers eligible for the
EEC boost
shall be extended by two months. Instead of ending on September 30, 2021, it will end on November 30, 2021. This additional period applies only to yards whose specifications were signed before 1er July 2021.
The main developments:
subsidies for the replacement of fossil fuel heating (oil and gas) by renewable energy sources and subsidies for efficient renovation of housing are extended until 2025;
the Helps for the installation of high-performance gas boilers and high-performance electric radiators end on 1er July 2021;
the A boost
roof and floor insulation
will be maintained for work started before June 30, 2022, but has been amended to 1er July 2021, in order to close the €1 ;
the deadline for completing boiler replacement or insulation work, which began before july 1, 2021, is extended until november 30, 2021. For work started before February 9, 2021, this deadline is extended to February 8, 2022. These carry-overs do not penalize commercial commitments already entered into and operations already planned;
the timetable is also made more flexible for work under the Carbon Boost for industrial sites subject to carbon quotas. They can be completed by the end of 2025.

Subsidies for households in a situation of high energy poverty will be abolished as from 1er May 2021, for operations relating to standardized transaction records BAR-EN-101 Insulation of attic or roofs and BAR-EN-103 Floor insulation, and from 1er January 2022 for other transactions.

Heating, Heating of tertiary buildings , Successful renovation of a collective residential building and Efficient renovation of a detached house is extended to end 2025.
Please note
Standardized transaction records created or revised after 1er January 2022 and not amended within 5 years from the date of their creation or revision will be repealed on the expiry of that period.
