The online service My retirement calendar aims to inform insured persons aged 54 years and 8 months about the steps to prepare their retirement, in order to avoid a shortage of resources when they leave.

To benefit from this service, you must complete an online form by filling in:

• your first and last name;
• your department of residence;
• your contact details (e-mail address and telephone number);
• envisaged date of retirement;
• your early departure for a long career, if you think you will benefit from it;
• and the type of career (private employee, self-employed).

Once the form has been completed, you can receive an accompaniment either by email or SMS. Depending on your retirement date, you will receive regular, personalized and practical advice to anticipate your retirement request between 5 years and 6 months before the end of the term.

A timeline for sending information is defined according to the key steps in preparing for retirement:

• 5 years before departure: the various steps to prepare for retirement;
• 4 years: career;
• 3 years: age and amount of retirement;
• 2 and a half years: everything you need to know before retirement (gradual retirement, job-to-pension and supplementary retirement);
• 2 years: taking stock of retirement: age, amount and dedicated online services;
• 1 year: personal space and online services;
• 10 months: prepare your application for early retirement for a long career;
• 7 months: apply for retirement online;
• 6 months: a reminder (apply online).
