As the spouse (or ex-spouse) of a public contract agent who has died, you may receive a survivor's pension, based on your income and if you are at least 55 years old.
The application for a survivor's pension is made to the general social security scheme, under the same conditions as for a entitled to a deceased person who has worked privately. Attention: the survivor's pension is not paid automatically. It's up to you to ask for it.
As a spouse (or ex-spouse), you can also receive a supplementary retirement pension from theIrcantec: titleContent, depending on your age.
