As the spouse (or ex-spouse) of a deceased public contract agent, you may receive a survivor's pension, if you are at least 55 years old and based on your income.
The application for a survivor's pension is made to the general social security scheme, under the same conditions as for a entitled to a deceased person who has worked privately.
