Can an employee resign during paid leave?

Yes, if you are a private sector employee, you can resign during your paid leave.
You must follow the usual rules of the resignation.
Your employment contract ends as a result of your notice.
Your notice begins at the end of your paid leave.
If you wish to shorten the notice period or not, you must obtain the agreement of your employer. Your employer is not obliged to accept your request.
