What gambling is allowed to minors?

A minor may only participate in certain types of games :

• Traditional Lotto (bets with a value less than €20) called game chickens, rifles or quines
• Tombola
• Lottery in a associative framework or at a funfair.

On the other hand, a minor cannot participate to the following games:

• Online Games
• Sports or horse-race betting
• Commercial games of chance (e.g. Lotto, scratch games)
• Casino games (e.g. roulette, black jack)
• Poker

The prohibition applies even if the minor is emancipated or accompanied by a parent.

The prohibition also applies if the minor does not play his own money, but plays for an adult.
