Employment Ombudsman: how do we use it?

Verified 03 février 2020 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

The Ombudsman of Pole Emploi examines and seeks amicable solutions to individual complaints to users. The mediation service of the Pôle emploi consists of regional mediators and a national mediator.

If you encounter difficulties with the services of the Employment Center (deletion from the list of job seekers, overpayment of unemployment benefits, for example), you can approach the Ombudsman Employment Center if you are:

  • Job applicant

Before contacting the Ombudsman, a complaint must be addressed to the relevant department of the Employment Center.
