Ombudsman of Pôle emploi: How to use it?

If you have problems with Pôle emploi services (removal from the list of jobseekers, overpayment of unemployment benefits, for example), you can enter the Pôle emploi mediator if you are:
- Job-seeker
- Employer
- Pôle emploi partner in the implementation of the public employment service
Before contacting the Ombudsman, you must make a complaint to the relevant Pôle emploi department.
If the service's reply does not settle the dispute, the mediator may be seized.

The Pôle emploi Ombudsman examines your request and seeks friendly solutions between users and Pôle emploi.
If your complaint is not accepted, the Pôle emploi Ombudsman must inform you of the reasons for its refusal.
