Transport: what discounts for young people, students and apprentices?

Verified 05 July 2021 - Legal and Administrative Information Directorate (Prime Minister)

Each organisation or community that organises public transportation sets its fare policy. Numerous offers exist throughout the French network to reduce the cost of public transport for young people, students and apprentices. However, this is not a general obligation, as there is no text requiring reduced rates on the basis of age alone.
