Transport: what reductions for young people, students and apprentices?

Verified 16 August 2023 - Legal and Administrative Information Directorate (Prime Minister)

Each organization or community that organizes public transport defines its pricing policy.

Many offers exist throughout the French network to reduce the cost of public transport for young people, students and apprentices. However, this is not a general obligation, as there is no provision requiring reduced tariffs to be applied solely on the basis of age.

We present the offers by region.
