You can request a certificate of Civil partnerships.

This certificate contains the history of your Civil partnership (registration, modification, dissolution).

You must apply to the Central Civil Registry Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nantes by one of the following means:

  • Postal Mail

You must complete the document template and attach it to your application.
