You're a public servant

If you wish to return to work before the scheduled end date of your sick leave, you must justify to your employer administration that you are fit to resume your duties.

To do this, you must have a new work stoppage established by the doctor who prescribed your work stoppage, with an end date earlier than that originally planned.

Without proof that you are in a state of health that enables you to resume your duties, your administration may oppose your return to work.

You must inform your CPAM: titleContent as soon as possible to suspend the payment of daily sickness benefits (IJ).

If it is your administration that directly collected the IJs and maintained your remuneration during your sick leave, it is your administration that informs the CPAM: titleContent of your early recovery.

If applicable, your CPAM: titleContent clears up any compensation that should not have been paid to you as a result of your early recovery.
