For young french or young french from the age of 16, on the condition of living in France.

Supporting documents to be provided :

  • National identity card or passport of the young person (valid)
  • Family booklet (pages of the young person's parents even if they are empty, page where the young person appears, pages of all his brothers, sisters, half-brothers, half-sisters).

This service is also open to the legal representative the young person before the age of 18 and the young adult placed under guardianship or under curatorship.
