Travel and Tourism Ombudsman

Allows online referral to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman in case of conflict concerning in particular the following sectors:

  • Hotels
  • Air transport
  • Maritime transport
  • Carriage by coach
  • Travel agencies

The trader must adhere to the Mediation tourism and travel (list of members available on the page).

Your request for mediation must be preceded by a written complaint (postal or electronic) to the trader, to which he replied in the negative or did not reply within 2 months.

The approach is free.

You have 1 year from your written complaint to make your request for mediation.

Attach the supporting documents necessary to support your request (contract, photos, etc.).
