It shall describe the accounting operations which attest to the conformity of the expenditure incurred with the purpose of the grant. It shall be returned to the administrative authority which paid the grant within six months of the end of the financial year in which the grant was awarded. It must be established before any new application is made. It must be accompanied by the latest annual activity report and approved accounts for the last financial year ended.
