National Military Social Security Fund (CNMSS) - Cerfa n° 15929*01

Allows the beneficiary of a military disability pension (PMI) to apply for financial assistance to compensate for a dependant linked to a care or benefit in direct medical relation with a disability pensioned by the CNMSS and partially (or not) repayable.

This administrative form, to be completed and signed, must be accompanied by the medical form (Form 15931*01).
