Service and Payment Agency (ASP)

Allows the coerced employer to place its employees in partial employment

  • to submit an application for validation of a collective agreement or for approval of a unilateral document to the Departmental Directorate for Employment, Labor and Solidarity (DDETS-PP, ex-Direct)
  • and get compensation.

Free registration, after entering the Siret number of the establishment concerned.

The employer can follow the investigation of the case and receive by email the notification of the decision. If the decision is favorable, the employer can put the employees in partial employment and establish the claims on the internet every month.
