In the event of dismissal on economic grounds involving a company of 1000 or more employees, the employer shall offer the employees concerned by the dismissal redeployment leave.
The employer shall inform the employees of the conditions of the reclassification leave in a document submitted during the pre-interview or, where the interview is not compulsory, after the last meeting of the ESC.
The employee may also attach this document to the termination letter.
