The national toll-free number 0 805 805 110 (free service + price of a call) allows you to reach, through an interactive server and as needed, either:

  • the national cell

    School Disability Aid

     ;
  • the department's listening and response units

    Inclusive school

    which complements the need for more closeness in the responses.
    The objectives of these local cells are:
    • inform families about existing arrangements and the functioning of the inclusive school's public service;

This number is open all year round, from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The service is accessible to the hearing impaired at the 0 800 730 123.
