How do I stop smoking? What's the best time? How to cope with the desire to smoke? As 31 May is World No Tobacco Day, find on the site tobicoke-info-service.fr all the practical information to accompany you in this process to stop smoking.

Info Service Tobacco is an information and quit support device that answers all questions about smoking and quitting.

The site helps you keep track of the benefits of quitting every day:

  • I find my motivation (health benefits, reasons to stop, overcoming my fears, thinking about my baby);
  • quitting smoking (my diagnosis, my strategy, I hold);
  • questions/answers (quit-support methods, smoking hazards, addiction, vaping, second-hand smoke, pregnancy, roll-your-own tobacco, legislation, tobacco history);
  • i bring myself (on the 3939, i find a tobacco expert, i download the application to stop smoking).

You can obtain information by contacting 39 89 from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm (free service) where tobacco specialists will answer you to guide you in your approach to quitting smoking.

Finally, you can download to your phone the Tabac info service application and find all the information you need to:

  • choose your shutdown method correctly;
  • customize the application according to your habits, your motivations, your concerns;
  • to follow directly the evolution of your consumption, and the benefits for your health and your wallet;
  • find tips to help you stand up in case you want to smoke or relapse.

. Every 31 May, World No Tobacco Day is a reminder of the health dangers, including the deadly ones, of tobacco. The School contributes to the fight against smoking by informing and empowering students. The World Health Organization (WHO) established the day in 1987.
