Can't move? Your request can't be made online? With the new feature accessible on your Ameli account, it is now possible to give a power of attorney to a loved one over 18 years of age to carry out a process on your behalf in one of the reception points of the CPAM.

What steps are compatible with your power of attorney?

The procedures that can be carried out with a power of attorney are requests relating to:

  • accident at work an occupational or occupational disease;
  • maternity or paternity leave;
  • daily allowances;
  • a work stoppage;
  • complementary health and solidarity.

FYI  

You cannot make a power of attorney if you wish to request a provisional code for your Ameli account because this code can only be sent by post or SMS to the insured.

If you do not have an Ameli account, you must write a letter that gives power of attorney to the person of your choice. Your representative (representative) must present this power of attorney at the reception of the CPAM accompanied by a copy of your identity document and his own identity document (passport or identity card).

How do I use this power of attorney?

When your representative goes to one of the reception points of the CPAM, he or she must present the completed power of attorney, his or her identity document (national identity card or passport), your social security number and any other proof necessary to carry out the procedure on your behalf.
