Public Services +: setting up a platform for user feedback

Simplified administrative procedures, public services closer to your needs and personalized support. This is one of the objectives of the Public Services + program. To achieve this, mechanisms have been put in place to best collect your expectations and your criticisms. A label Public Services +, created by a decree published in the Official Journal 31 august, attests to the quality of the mission delivered by a structure and the implementation of the commitments of the program.

An online platform Public Services + has been specially designed so that you can give your opinion, positive or negative, on an administration with which you have been in contact. The public service concerned takes note of your testimony and responds publicly to it on this same site.

The aim is that the testimonies and responses of the administrations will then be used to improve the service provided.

FYI  

The Public Services + program shall be implemented in particular:

  • by public institutions of the State;
  • by local public educational establishments;
  • by social security bodies;
  • by public health institutions.

The label is awarded to candidate structures after an audit by a certification body. Local and regional authorities and their public bodies may voluntarily participate in the program and apply for the label.

Contribute to the simplification of administrative documents

On the Public Services + platform, you can also report an administrative document (a letter, an e-mail or a form) that you find difficult to understand. If you wish, you can specify what could be done to improve it.

Finally, you can become a “test user” : You then give your opinion on proposals for simplifying and reformulating administrative documents.

Please note

taking account of users’ right to error is one of the commitments of the Public Services + program. In order to avoid as much as possible committing acts during an administrative procedure, tip sheets have been drafted: tax returns, arrival of a new child, resumption of a professional activity...
