The service Get Out More proposed by the supplementary pension fund Agirc-Arco aims to promote mobility and social connection. It is intended for people of 75 years and older under the Agirc-Arco scheme who are in a situation of fragility (isolation, age, difficulty in moving), without means test.

Previously payable, by means of CESU (Universal Service Employment Check) checks, this accompanying scheme has been fully covered by the pension fund since 2024.

Shopping, visiting friends or family, going to the hairdresser, to the restaurant, taking a walk, going to the doctor... For all these outings of daily life, you can be accompanied by a trusted person.

How do I benefit from "Release Plus"?

You can opt for this service at any time of the year, anticipating if possible a week in advance when you make your first request.

A number is available to contact an advisor, check your eligibility and know the amount of the aid: 0,971,090,971 (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm, excluding public holidays). An advisor can also call you back.

After this first call, to schedule your outings, you will need to call the counselor at least 2 days in advance. It will take into account the nature of your request (outing carried or not, duration of the outing, distance to travel...). They will then find an accompanying person at a home support center near you. You can request the same provider for your other outings, provided that it is available.

You can also on-line approach on the Agirc-Arco site.

How is this service going?

At the scheduled time, the person accompanying you picks you up and accompanies you on foot or by car in your activities. Depending on the case, she can either wait for you or stay by your side. She then takes you home.

The accompanying person is an employee of a home care or transport organization. You have nothing to advance or settle. Exits are fully supported by your Agirc-Arco cash register up to a ceiling fixed each year. The cost of the output is fixed according to the duration and the distance to be covered.
