Administrative courts adjudicate disputes between individuals and administrations (State, local authority, public establishment or private body with a public service mission).
The Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal
The Administrative Court judges disputes between individuals and administrations. It also judges labor disputes in the public service. It is the first court to hear a case, that is, it is the first court to hear a case.
The Administrative Court of Appeal shall hear appeals against judgments given by administrative tribunals.

The National Court of Asylum
The National Court of Asylum hears appeals against decisions of the Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA) concerning asylum applications.

The Council of State
The Council of State is the highest administrative court. It is the court of first and last resort (the only court seised of the case), on appeal or in cassation. It judges disputes handled by the administrative courts of appeal.
