The Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal
The Administrative Court judges disputes between individuals and administrations. It also judges labor disputes in the public service. It is the first court to hear a case, that is, it is the first court to hear a case.

The National Court of Asylum

The Council of State is the highest administrative court. It is the court of first and last resort (the only court seised of the case), on appeal or in cassation.
