Can you take time off after a sick leave?
Verified 10 August 2023 - Legal and Administrative Information Directorate (Prime Minister)
Yes, you can take your leave directly following a period of illness. You do not have to resume your professional activity one day after your work stoppage to go on leave.
However, you must respect the leave dates set by your employer before your work stoppage.
Example :
if your work stoppage ends on the day before your scheduled leave date, you can then take your leave directly.
