Is the disability card still issued?

No, this card has been replaced since 1er January 2017 by the mobility inclusion card (MIC) disability rating.
However, the disability card remains valid until its expiry date and, at the latest, until December 31, 2026.
If you wish, you can request an MIF invalidity without waiting for that date.
