The apprenticeship mediator examines and seeks solutions to disputes between employers and apprentices concerning the apprenticeship contract.
The apprenticeship mediator is competent in the event of a dispute concerning the apprenticeship contract:

- Remuneration

- Termination of the apprentice's employment contract, ...

The apprenticeship mediator may be approached by the employer or by the apprentice if he is of full age.
The apprentice is an adult
The apprentice may refer the matter to the apprenticeship mediator.
The apprentice is a minor
The learning mediator shall be referred to the legal officer of the apprentice.

there is no learning ombudsman in the public service. Mediators have been appointed in some ministries, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In the absence of a mediator, the hierarchical path must be followed.
