Recruitment in the public service without competition in category C

You may be recruited into the State or territorial or hospital civil service without passing a competition. That is the case in some cases body or framework of jobs of category C of which the grade starting pay scale is the lowest pay scale in the public service. To apply, you must provide a cover letter and a CV. If you are selected, you are appointed as a probationary public servant and then as a holder.

You can be recruited in the State Public Service (EPF), the Territorial Public Service (FPT) and the Hospital Public Service (HPF) without passing competitions in some body or framework of jobs Category C.

Accessible bodies or frames of employment are those whose grade starting pay scale is the lowest pay scale in the public service (C1 pay scale).

The jobs concerned are those which require few qualifications.

These jobs are mainly:

  • Administrative Assistant responsible for administrative, executive, reception and secretarial functions
  • Technical assistant for manual or technical work and driving of vehicles
