Application for residence card: what proof of residence?

If you are applying for a residence card, you must provide proof of residence dating back less than 3 months. The document to produce depends on your situation.

You must provide one of the following:

  • Electricity or gas, water, landline or internet access bill
  • Lease
  • Rent receipt
  • Housing tax

FYI  

a secure proof of residence (including 2D-Doc barcode ) cannot be refused.

You must provide the following 2 documents:

  • Attestation of your hotelier
  • Last month invoice

You must provide the following documents:

  • Attestation of your host dated and signed
  • Copy of identity card or residence card
  • Proof of domicile in his name (deed of ownership or statement of housing tax or copy of the lease or invoice of electricity, gas, water, fixed telephone or Internet access)
