Mask requirement: What are the rules?

Since 1er August 2022, the health pass is no longer in effect. There is no longer a general requirement for masks to be worn in hospitals and in medical and social institutions. Nevertheless, health facility leaders have the right to continue to impose the wearing of masks inside buildings.
Which institutions are involved?
The person in charge of the institution or the medical and social service may make it compulsory to wear a protective mask in the following establishments:
- Hospitals, clinics, health centers
- Offices of medical professionals and psychologists, osteopaths, chiropractors and psychotherapists
- Pharmacy dispensaries
- Medical testing laboratories
- Ehpad: titleContent
- Homes of elderly or disabled people who are receiving care (the obligation may be imposed by the employer of the professional performing home interventions)
What is the audience for the bond?
Masks are mandatory for people aged 6 years and older.
