Certification of energy performance improvement works that may give rise to participation by the lessee of the public park (Form 13967*01)

Allows the landlord (public park) to ask the tenant for a financial contribution in return for the work carried out by the landlord. This may involve work carried out in the tenant's dwelling, or in the common parts of the building, or else energy-saving work.
