A professional seller (company, association) who sells a new machine not approved (moto cross, pocket bike, pit-bike, dirt bike, quad...) whose speed exceeds 25km/h must report within 48 hours. The purchaser must then confirm (or contest) the declaration of the gear.
Anyone who buys a second-hand machinery non-approved with a speed exceeding 25 km/h shall report within 48 hours according to the date of its acquisition.
The owner of the equipment shall also declare all changes after 1era declaration.

The connection to the portal is made by FranceConnect or by email.
It is recommended to connect via FranceConnect. You have access to many functionalities: view of the machines belonging to you, list of steps carried out, access to certificates... In addition, you do not have to attach any proof of identity.
Once the online approach has been completed and validated, a secure declaration certificate will be available in your online space.
