Verify the authenticity of an extract of criminal record (Bulletin n°3) without mention of conviction (Online service)

An extract of a criminal record (bulletin n°3) may be requested from you when completing certain administrative procedures, or from an employer.

You can use the online service of the Department of Justice here.

If your newsletter contains no convictions, it will be sent to you by email (one hour deadline), or by mail (two weeks deadline).

If the bulletin mentions convictions, disqualifications or incapacities, it will be sent to you by registered letter with notice of receipt, within 2 weeks maximum.
