This certificate allows for the recognition of judgments given in another Member State of the European Union on
marriage (divorce, legal separation, marriage annulment)
and parental responsibility (exercise of parental authority, residence of the child, right of access and accommodation)
rendered after 1er March 2001.
The part of the decision concerning maintenance due for the child is not affected by this Regulation.
