Bafa/BAFD Certificate for Civic Service Volunteers (Form)

Only in French.
Form to be completed and signed by your training organization.
Enables you to receive help from €100 for your Bafa or BAFD if you meet one of the following conditions:
- To have completed a mission of civic service in 2022
- Perform a civic service in 2023
Attach to your request with the Payment and Services Agency, via the dedicated online service.
Application to be filed before 1er december 2024.
The certificate must be completed and signed by your training organization. You also have to sign it.
FYI
You must complete your training session (general, advanced or in-depth) between 1er January 2023 and 1er September 2024.
