Letter of Dismissal Following a Collective Performance Agreement (CPA) (Model Document)

Where the company has negotiated a CPA, the employer must inform the employee of its existence and content.
The employee has a period of 1 month to refuse the amendment provided for in the agreement.
If the employee refuses the change, the employer has 2 months from the notification of the refusal to initiate the dismissal procedure. It shall apply the procedure laid down in the case of dismissal on personal grounds.
