Letter of Appeal Against the Rejection of a Debt Overhang Case (Document Template)
Allows you to challenge the decision of inadmissibility made by the commission of over-indebtedness following the filing of your file of over-indebtedness. You have 15 days to lodge such an appeal after the rejection decision. The letter must be:
- Be delivered to the counter of the secretariat of the Commission against receipt
- Be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt
The letter, together with your file, is forwarded to the court registry.
