Emergency crisis: the flash mission's recommendations for hospitals

The report on emergencies and unplanned care was delivered on June 30, 2022. A month earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron had given health professionals a "flash" mission to identify health system malfunctions and assess difficulties encountered in the emergency room.

The report "Flash Mission on Emergencies and Unscheduled Care" was submitted to Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne. The report lists some climbs. It also proposes an initial review of the effects of the Emergency Redesign Pact (adopted in 2019) and 41 recommendations for the summer. Some of them have already been selected.

François Braun, to whom the executive had entrusted this mission, has since been appointed Minister of Health and Prevention in place of Brigitte Bourguignon (read more).
