Financial assistance from Anah to carry out habitat improvement work

The National Housing Agency (Anah) can grant financial aid for the construction of your home (energy renovation, adaptation to loss of autonomy...). Your work must be carried out in a dwelling that is at least 15 years old. This accommodation must be your main residence. The Anah's aids are combined with other devices.
The Anah offers several types of assistance for the realisation of works in your accommodation.
Financial assistance may concern energy renovation works. To do this, the Anah offers the following 2 aids:
- My Serenity Rénov Award (overall renovation project)
- My Renov Prime (one-off or non-one-off renovation project such as insulation work or change in heating mode)
The aid may also concern work to improve your accommodation (e.g. renovation of water, electricity or gas networks).
For this, the Anah offers the Living Healthy or Living Serene .
Finally, you can also get help Dress Easy for adapt your home to your loss of autonomy (for example, for the installation of an electric staircase).

Regardless of the nature of the assistance requested, the amount of work to be carried out in your accommodation must be at least €1,500 duty free.
Aid is not allocated for the following tasks:
- Decorative works
- New construction
- Expansion work
Your accommodation must be over 15 years of age the date your request for assistance is accepted.
This accommodation must be your main residence.
You must not have received zero rate loan (PTZ) for your accommodation in the last 5 years before your request for help.
You must commit to live in your home for 6 years after the completion of the work.
This commitment must be materialised by a document to be completed online:
Your income and that of all the people who occupy the dwelling are taken into account. These revenues must not exceed a resource limit classified in 2 categories:
- Modest income
- Very modest income
The income withheld is reference tax revenue (RFR) of year N-1 (i.e. 2021 for applications made in 2022).
Very modest income
You must apply online. To do this, you must first create a personal account on the website dedicated to the aids of the National Housing Agency (Anah):
The payment of Anah aid is not automatic.
The amount of aid depends on many factors such as the nature of the work envisaged, the amount of aid, your resources.
The Anah also appreciates the interest of your project. In some municipalities, Anah may also decide to prioritise the allocation of aid to households that have resources deemed very modest.
Anah's help is paid once your work is finished.
However, you can request an advance to start your work. This advance is granted only if you are in the category Very modest incomeand if you carry out work to adapt your home to the loss of autonomy.
Your advance request must be made online:
Your work can only begin once you have received the decision granting you the help.
Once the application has been granted, you must complete the work in accordance with the submitted project.
The work must be completed within 3 years following the decision granting the aid. Otherwise, the aid is not paid.
At the end of your work, you must send the invoices to Anah online:
