Incumbent before 2013

Until 2010, at least 15 years of service in the public service had to be justified in order to qualify for a public service pension.

And, when you were a contract worker before you became a public servant, you could request that your contract services be validated for retirement as public servant services.

Validation of services was subject to conditions.

Your contractual pension contributions to the general social security scheme ( Cnav) andIrcantec could then be paid back to SRE or CNRACL, according to your public service of affiliation, and, from 2005, PSR..

Since 2011, at least 2 years of service in the public service must be justified in order to qualify for a public service pension.

And, since 2015, it is no longer possible to request the validation of its contractual services.

If you have been a contractor and then a public servant, you will have, depending on whether your contract services have been validated:

  • a basic retirement of the SRE or the CNRACL or 2 basic pensions of the SRE or the CNRACL and the Cnav,
