What happens to the mortgage when the mortgage is paid off?

The mortgage is registered during the term of the mortgage, plus 1 year.
Registration ends automatically (no fees or steps to be taken) 1 year after the last repayment of the mortgage. This is the last repayment term as indicated when the mortgage was registered.
If you want to obtain a mortgage before that time, you must claim it.
You will then have a release to be paid. The amount of these fees depends on the value of the original credit.
