Real estate diagnostics are intended to inform the purchaser or tenant about certain aspects of the housing he plans to buy or rent.
Control of the connection to the public sewerage network

A collective sanitation diagnosis must be included in the technical diagnostic file (DDT) for the Paris region since 1er January 2023.
That's what it says article 63 of law no. 2021-1104 of august 22, 2021.
An order in council must be issued to clarify this measure.
