Share savings plan Allows reporting of gains and losses on transfers of securities, social rights, similar securities and closures of PEA (deemed securities).

This form must be attached to the income tax return.

The form gives access to notices n°2074-NOT (cerfa n°50789) and n°2074-NOT-bis (cerfa n°50790) for the declaration of gains or losses.
