Declare a furnished tourist in the town hall (Online service)

This online service allows you to fill out directly the cerfa form n°14004, which is used to declare in town hall a furnished tourist.

Once completed, the form is automatically sent to your city hall, if it uses this online service.

If not, you can download the completed form online and print it. It will then have to be sent to your city hall by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or deposited on site in the city hall.
