The documents to be attached to the file are indicated in the accompanying notice. It is also necessary to attach a certificate if the insurer does not cover the costs.

The package leaflet also contains information about the certificate of non-assumption by the insurer. This certificate must be completed by you and your insurer if the latter does not cover the costs of the trial and attached to your file.

The place of lodging of the application is the competent legal aid office for your domicile.
